Japan Wavelock Co., Ltd., was established with capital of 60 million yen equally funded by three companies, Nissho Co., Ltd.; Nippon Carbide Industries Co., Inc.; and Maruto Chemical Co., Ltd. (current Tatsuta Chemical Co., Ltd.)

In order to strengthen the foundation of the interior business, acquired 60% of the outstanding shares of Yamato Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., (current Wavelock Interior Co., Ltd.) and merged as a consolidated subsidiary.
Established Wavelock Advanced Technology Co., Ltd. Shine Techno Co., Ltd., was wholly owned by Wavelock Advanced Technology Co., Ltd., as a subsidiary.
In South Korea, established Wavelock Korea Co., Ltd., which sells various electronic materials and plastic products, as a subsidiary of Wavelock Advanced Technology Co., Ltd. In China, a joint venture, Oolian Jioou Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., was established by Dio Chemicals, Ltd., as a woven goods manufacturing subsidiary. In Hong Kong, established Wavelock International Asia Co., Ltd., as a wholly owned subsidiary of Wavelock Interior Co., Ltd., in order to strengthen trading in Asia.
Separated Japan Wavelock Co., Ltd., due to a corporate split. Sales and manufacturing divisions were separated. Manufacturing company took over the title of Japan Wavelock Co., Ltd. The sales company and the Industrial Materials Division of Dio Chemicals, Ltd., were merged to become Innovex Co., Ltd., which was established in February 2013.
Agreed on capital alliances with Sangetsu Corporation in order to improve the efficiency of the value chain of the interiors industry, further improving product quality, and to develop new products. Sangetsu Corporation owned 22.2% of shares of Wavelock Holdings Co., Ltd., an equity method affiliated company.
Listed in the 2nd section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in April, 2017.
The stock was designated to the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in April, 2018.
